Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney, born Amal Ramzi Alamuddin. She is an English-Lebanese barrister, human rights activist and philanthropist. An alumni of Oxford University and New York University School of Law her long and accomplished career in the fields of international law and human rights have won her international acclaim. Some of her most prominent clients include several nation-states including the country of Armenia as it fights for recognition of Armenia's participation in the Armenian Genocide by the Turkish government. Amal Clooney got engaged to American actor George Clooney to marry him in 2014. The couple instantly became an iconic name in pop entertainment. In the years prior to this she was respected and admired in the legal world due to her accomplishments and ability to represent clients. The job she has is to represent multinational firms during court hearings and discussions concerning government regulations as well as human rights and social justice.
